Valeria Marangelli (born in Italy, 1994) is an artist based in Basel, Switzerland. She received her Bachelor of Dance at Codarts University of the Arts in Rotterdam, graduating with honors.
Valeria was a soloist dancer at Tanz Luzerner Theater (now known as Tanz Luzern) and guest artist with MZ Atelier – Martin Zimmermann and Snorkel Rabbit, under the direction of Alba Castillo &
Bryan Arias. Throughout her career, Valeria has performed in works and original creations by Marcos Morau, Ella Rothschild, Tom Weinberger, Johan Inger, Cayetano Soto, Georg Reischl, Caroline Finn, Jo Stromgren, Jiří Kylián, and many others.
As a choreographer, Valeria’s signature has been recognized, having been selected as a finalist for the Concours Chorégraphique of Malandain Ballet Biarritz in 2020 and as a winner of the 26th Internationales Solo Tanz Theater Festival Stuttgart.

The class aims to warm up the joints and the body articulations. We begin by focusing on the present moment, gradually incorporating twists, spirals, circles, and strength exercises to activate the spine. We then explore relationships with others and space through playful tasks that increase the class intensity. The second part of the class involves different improvisational tasks and crossings across the floor. To finish, we work on a combination that focuses on dynamics, density, use of the floor, and space.
